“ Great pastrami and hamburgers and brisket!!!! Will not disappoint Brisket!!!!!!!!! I love this food!!!! ”
“ Burger is pretty good and the thick cut pastrami inside, fire Fries are less good than langers but still a fire combo with the thick pastrami French dip pastrami is too thin not great. Bread is not great either. Langer's bread is fresh cooked. South beverly grill French dip is better and the Bristol farms sandwiches are better. Don't get me wrong though it's amazing I'm just a tough grader ”
“ Best Pastrami Ever. The burn bits are crazy good And Amazing onion rings ! I'd go more often if I lived closer ”
“ OMG -- YUM! If you're looking for a place to grab some pastrami, consider this restaurant here. I ordered the pastrami reuben which was so good. The chunks of meat were so soft and delicious. It came with sauerkraut which elevated each bite. I also ordered some cole slaw and put the cole slaw on top every bite...no regrets. The sandwich was $20 for the full. I ordered some fries well done and it was just perfect. They also have a bar that's attached to the restaurant as well as a super cute outdoor patio which I imagine would be so much fun during summer or a nice day in L.A. Add this to your visit if you're in the mood for some real good pastrami! ”
“ So good. Nice spot in a neighborhood setting. Delicious food, served hot and fresh. Friendly staff, great service. We are definitely going to return. Thank you!!!! We had the chicken sandwich and the pastrami sandwich. Fries amazing. ”
“ Pastrami French Dip w/ Potato Salad and extra Au Jus - 5! Johnny's Pastrami on W Adams Blvd serves up pastrami and other American bbq/deli classics. When I went, I had to try the pastrami, so I chose the pastrami French Dip. It came overloaded with pastrami on a French roll and had mustard and a light au jus dip. It was really tasty. I love dip, so I ordered an extra side of au jus, which added to the overall flavor. The sandwich comes with a side. I tried potato salad and loved that they added a slice egg on top. Along with pickles (I'm a coward and skipped the peppers), they were great sides to go with the sandwich. Overall, it was a very filling and satisfying meal. There is no parking because they turned their whole parking lot into a large outdoor patio dining space. They are open 24 hours and have a bar right next door. The person who took my order was very friendly as well as the person who handed out food. Loved visiting this place and would be keen to try more of their menu. ”
“ I love the Grilled Cheese!!!!!! You have to try this!! I can see why so many people order this this place is very easy to order from. You just simply come up to the window and I don't even think I waited 10 minutes. The outdoor seating is incredible and everything is worth it. Served on two huge slices of toasted rye! The cheese is perfectly melted in between like a blanket of flavor!! I had the pickles n peppers on the side! Order this today and enjoy! ”
“ I really like places that serve up simple but tasty dishes and the vibe is cool and mellow. And parking. It's LA after all. Valet tho So, if you don't wanna deal with hunting for street parking, there's a small lot next door. It's kind of hidden but just turn on the side street next to Johnny's and pull into the lot where you see the Valet signs. Don't know how much it was as I didn't pay. It's not table service. You order outside at the counter and then find a seat. You can sit outdoors or inside next door at the bar. I opted for the bar. Because my liver was thirsty. It's like concession stand food - I'm not sure how else to describe it. I had a burger and a hot dog. See pics. It was tasty and I didn't leave a crumb behind. Burger was juicy and bun was nice and soft. I even liked the hot dog and if you know me, you know I don't often eat dogs. Like I said, I liked it. And even with the challenge that parking might pose - it's on my list of places to go back to. ”
“ Super cute backyard meets hipster bar. They serve more than pastrami sandwiches and that grill cheese hits! Very adult. Perfect snack for ya drunken state. The French fries come with a very nice something like, but nothing near ranch dip. Very happy with the serving size for price. Service was good, folks were nice. Outdoor seating, some tables with heaters. The bar is next door and yes you can bring the food in. ”
